Opening A Business Account
If you are interested in opening a business account, you will need to provide the following documents at account opening:
Sole Proprietorship or DBA
- Drivers License and SSN Card
- Letter from the IRS with tax ID number OR the front page of your business tax form that will provide us with your EIN, TIN or SSN number.
- Copy of your Business License
Non-Profit Organization
- Letter from the IRS with tax ID number OR the front page of your business tax form that will provide us with your EIN or TIN number.
- Articles of Corporation (if available)
Corporation or InCorporations
- Letter from the IRS with tax ID number OR the front page of your business tax form that will provide us with your EIN or TIN number.
- Articles of Corporation (if available)
Limited Liability Company (LLC)
- Letter from the IRS with tax ID number OR the front page of your business tax form that will provide us with your EIN or TIN number.
- Articles of Corporation (if available)
Associations with EIN
- Letter from the IRS with tax ID number OR the front page of your business tax form that will provide us with your EIN or TIN number.
- Articles of Corporation (if available)
Also, all owners on the account, must sign a Signature Card, Business Depository Resolution Document and Internet Gambling Certification. This can be done by all owners being present and signing at account opening or bringing these documents to account opening pre-signed and notarized.
